Nagaland Cricket Association is the governing body of the Cricket activities in the Nagaland state of India and the Nagaland cricket team (Men) and Nagaland women’s cricket team (Women).It is affiliated to the Board of Control for Cricket in India as a full member.

Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Sovima is a cricket ground in Dimapur, Nagaland. It is the only cricket ground in the eastern state of India.

In 2012, Nagaland Cricket Association and Government of Nagaland inaugurated this new stadium in Sovima near Dimapur.

The ground has floodlights so that the stadium can host day-night matches.

The Stadium has a Cricket Academy building attached with it, where players and officials can stay and also has a Gymnasium, a diving Hall and a kitchen along with the office of the NCA.

The first match played in the ground was on Inaugural Day between the Governors’ XI and the Chief Ministers’ XI on 14th April 2014.
